Decoy

Patrick Scroble

With the increasing use of Artificial Intelligence in everyday life, sometimes what appears to be real is actually not. Imagine an alien world trying to learn about humanity by studying our pictures and having to decipher actual photos from AI photos. Decoy is an interactive game in which extraterrestrial beings try to learn about humans by determining if photographs retrieved from the earth-based web are real or fake. On each screen, the player, in the role of the alien scientist, must select which picture they think is real. By the end of the game, players will find out how well they can identify real photos or if they are in fact fooled by decoys.
