These kitchen essays were created to share personal anecdotes on the themes, ideas, and knowledge I’ve gained while working in a commercial kitchen for the past six years. These essays took the format of three zines which share my insight into how I think and go about cooking. At the gallery opening where these were first presented, these zines were served in a pop-up shop format also featuring a chicken sandwich inspired by one of the essays.
